With the Music Festival completed we are now planning the Band tours. Please mark the following dates:

Grade 6 Band Tour is on May 8
Grade 7/8 Band Tour is on May 16

Spring Concert is on May 23 at Martin Collegiate

Keep practicing and information will be passed out in the next week!!

With the Optimist Festival quickly approaching, this is the letter that we sent home with the Grade 7/8 Band students this afternoon.

Fall Band Information for Martin Area Bands

Grade 6 Band

The Grade 6 Head Start Clinic will take place on Thursday, September 21 at Martin Collegiate from 4 - 7 p.m. The link below has the letter that we have sent home this afternoon with the students.

Grade 7/8 Band 

Sections for Grade 7/8 band will begin on September 12. Grade 7/8 Band will begin on September 20 at Martin Collegiate and the information in the following link is what was sent home with the students this afternoon.

REGISTRATION NIGHT

Just a reminder about the Registration Night tonight from 4 - 7 at McLurg (125 Paynter Cres.). If there are questions about the program or you just want to talk, we will be there.  

The Martin Area Grade 7/8 Band will be performing for McLurg Elementary School Tuesday morning at 10:45. Band students will be picked up from their schools at 9:30 and will return before lunch. Be wearing your uniform and have your demos ready.
